I can do all things through Him!

I can do all things through Him!

God says that we can do all things through Him. He gives us strength. This doesn’t always mean a feat of physical strength, or a great intellectual accomplishment. Sometimes we just need encouragement to do something small. Maybe we need strength to face someone that has been mean to us, or to do our chores when we are tired. Maybe it’s the strength to go somewhere that we really don’t want to go.

Try saying a positive prayer. It doesn’t have to be a long prayer, or a fancy prayer.

Dear God,

I have to do this thing today, and I don’t think I can do it. I don’t feel well, my heart is not in this, it’s going to be really hard for me.

Will you please give me the strength I need to get started. Maybe I will enjoy this, who knows. Help me get through it, and help me do a great job. I will do this in your honor. Thank you so much! Amen.
