Power, love and self-control.

Power, love and self-control.

2 Timothy 1:7 Tells us that God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control. Power is in your spirit. Use it.

If you don’t feel it, create the feeling. Say these things in your mind, or out loud:

I am strong, in the Lord.

I am loved by the Lord.

I love myself.

I have self-control.

God will help you through this, I promise. It may be on his timeline, not your timeline. But He is there with you.
